B2B Content
Assessment
Is your marketing
content
doing the job you hired it to do?
Whether that job is brand awareness, lead generation, customer
retention, or sales and channel communications, effective content is
anchored in the Three C's:
- Clarity.
Writing that is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to remember.
- Consistency.
Ensuring that each content piece contributes to a single
theme,
brand message or point of view.
- Connection.
Engaging readers with valuable information and a unique
perspective.
I offer three
assessment packages designed to discover if your content is
on track. In addition, for
each of the three levels, you can also hire
me to implement the
recommended changes.
Level I
Evaluate
your existing content using
the following four-step
process:
- Conduct a
first phone call to understand your business goals, content creation
process and customer buying cycle
- Review and
score your existing content, including Webpages, sales and marketing
collateral,
presentations slides, social media [blogs, video and podcasts]
- Deliver a
written evaluation report, including recommendations for improving the
content and creation process
- Conduct
a
follow-up phone call to discuss the report
and
answer any remaining questions
Level II
Includes Level I services plus:
- Interview
up to three of your existing customers to determine the role that
content played in each stage of their purchase
- Deliver a
written summary of interviews along with recommendations based on
customer
feedback. [Note: all customer comments remain anonymous]
Level III
Includes Level II services plus:
- Review the
publically available content of up to three of your competitors
- Include in
the evaluation report, comparative scores and observations
for each competitor.
